bab 44 - live well, frens!!

hello blog readers..

i really hope u guys in a very good health especially for the one who had a broken clavicle. Today, i read some blogs due to my free time being in office after 3 weeks in public service. Among entries i read over few blogs, i found these 2 entries that bring me to think about it.

1. Before I Sleep by It's So Called blog
2. Titanium Inside? by Broken Clavicle blog

Now, i'm asking u: how old are u? are u planning to do something? Do you really know what will happen in future? To cut it short, God knows better. Then, it's what we called a fate!

"Even a leaf, which is wet or dry will fall down without an approval from the almighty"

Nowadays, we always heard a phrase of "The No.1 Killer". Actually, i just wonder, which disease is the no.1 killer in Malaysia, where A's department says AIDS is the no.1 killer, B's department says Heart Attack, and many more diseases such as Denggi, Breast Cancer, Traffic Accident (not a disease).. etc.

At the end of the day, who cares about that? The best way is, try to live well, change lifestyle, more concern about health and also pray for being blessed.

Anyway, this time, i will share u another case:

Let's say it's 6.15 pm, and you're driving home (alone of course) after an unsually hard day on the job. You're really tired and frustrated. YOU ARE REALLY STRESS AND UPSET!
Suddenly, you start experiencing SEVERE PAIN in your chest and starts to radiate out into your arm and into your jaw. You are only 5 miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately, you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far.

WHAT TO DO??

YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED IN CPR, BUT THE GUY THAT CONDUCTED THE COURSE DID NOT TELL YOU HOW TO PERFORM IT ON YOURSELF!!!

HOW TO SURVIVE HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE??

Since many people are alone when they suffer for heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing conscious.

WHAT TO DO?

ANSWER

Do not panic, but start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged, and when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every 2 seconds without let-up until helps arrives, or until heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. the squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Now, tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!!. Don't ever think that you are not prone to heart attack as your age is less than 25 or 30. Nowadays, due to the change of lifestyle, heart attack is found among people of all age groups.

BE A FRIEND AND PLEASE SEND THIS ARTICLE TO AS MANY FRIENDS AS POSSIBLE.
