bab 54 - gain or lose?

today is thursday. when it comes..i will always plan to drop by the night stall at sg.sekamat, kajang. however it's dissapointing me lately. no more nasi kerabu, no more nasi dagang.. the stall lesser than before. how come it happen a? arghh, nevermind..

wife still at terengganu. so, of course nobody will cook for me at the time being. my housemate was outstation and i will serve by myself this week. since no nasi kerabu..argh..quite frustrated..i dropped by char kuay tiaw pulau mutiara in front of shell, taman mesra, kajang. ermm.. i took it away and i tell u, i also bought yong tau foo for tonite. haha.. i think, i'm getting fat lately..

actually, i try to control my weight. now, i'm 57kg and i do need to maintain so that it will never reach 60kg and above. when it happen, my face looks so chubby and i dont like it. Even it reaches 58 to 59..my face looks fat. huhu.. not nice!

2006 and the year before, i was 67-70kg..at that time, its hard to have 65 kg and people around me kept telling me that i was okay with the weight. i trusted them, and continue eating until i noticed that i was fat enough. 72kg! it was over.

i then started dieting. firstly, i calculated my b.m.i and set the target weight. i did on my own risk, even tho many people said i did wrong, but, i think , i need to change my diet. no more brakefast, no more dinner. i just took one ladle of rice and a bit dish. only that! no kfc, no pizza, no mcD, no cookies, no ice, no pisang goreng, no tea, no coffee, no milo, just air suam. no sleeping at evening, only at night. jogging once a week. when i was hungry, just drank plain water coz my daily meal was only at afternoon and it would be only a bit of rice. sometimes i changed to zero carbohidrate bread. (must read the calories chart at the bread package - choose zero carbo, less fat, took only one piece ok!)

within 1 and a half month, my weight lose to 59kg from 72 kg. then i maintained my diet and started to have sugarless tea, half plate of rice, went to gym, swimming.. until my weight was 54kg and it could reach 51 kg on ramadhan. i maintaned 54-56kg for one year period.

2006-2008: when i was 54kg-56 kg

now, i enjoy eating. do like burgers, yong tau foo, cakes, takes breakfast, no more exercising..waaa.. so many carbohidrate! thats why my weight is between 57-59 kg right now and i do not comfort with this situation. i think i shud control it before the number become higher. for now, i stop taking breakfast and just hope 54kg will come! hehe.. family n friends said i'm not fit with that figure. what to do.. because only with 54kg, i can continue enjoy eating again. heheh..ermm op..op.. i suddenly thinking, many people said we will fat after married. does it right? hope it's not!

2008-now: 57-59kg - a little chubby

erm..which one better? huiyo.. i prefer me in the middle. :P

  • diet x bahaya ke? ak nyer 75 skang. chubby doh.. cmne nk 50 balik. ko jog 1 kali seminggu? hebat bole lose weight. ak tiap2 ptg jog tp xlose pun?
